Safer Arizona is taking a break to finance a 2022 campaign for full decriminalization. The dispensaries are doing their own. Its called Safe and Smart Act it has post conviction relief but at a costly prices much like limited grow rights for rural residents and those with the means to pay.
The state legislature is looking at way to bring down the cost. Their last move was giving buying power by giving medical patients an extra year at the same price. Thanks Arizona Legislature for taking a stand on reform.
Trump has continued to show support for state rights to legalize and decriminalize. Hopefully he can write a executive order decriminalizing the plant so we can focus on bigger things like infrastructure ,jobs, environmental reform and world peace.
